Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your e-mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward email messages from one e-mailbox to another, create email filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your e-mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mail messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply specify the email mailbox you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
